DECK MOUNT CONCRETE EMBED

This embed was designed to screw into the plywood with no tools required.  The embed comes with the screw attached and rubber caps for fast installation.  Customer needs to specify depth of pour when placing order.  (Item ships primed)

ADJUSTABLE MOUNT CONCRETE EMBED

This adjustable screw in embed was designed to just screw into the plywood deck with  no tools required.  It includes the rubber caps for both ends.  This embed adjusts from 5 1/2" to 8 1/2".  When pour is complete just tap the screw with a hammer and it pops right off.  Customer will need to specify depth of pour when ordering.  (Item ships primed)

CONCRETE POUR STOP EMBED

This embed was designed to screw into the pour stop at the required height.  The rubber caps are included with the embed.  (Item ships primed)

CONCRETE WIRE EMBED

This wire embed was designed for either a precast or pour in place application.  It may be used in a vertical or horizontal plane.  The wire leg height will be per customer's requirements.

DOUBLE ENDED EMBED

Part Number 1965-510

This double sided embed is designed to attach to the plastic chair.  It provides access at both the floor for use with the Post and the ceiling using our HD D-Ring at the lower floor for a lifeline.  It can be sized to customer's request.  (Plastic chair, screws are to be provided by others and item ships primed)

WET CONCRETE EMBED

Part Number 1965-505

This item is designed to press into wet concrete during the pour.  The top steel plate will level embed and the floor finish machine can run over the plate.  The plate is removed with a Phillips head screwdriver after the cure.  Our Post will then screw directly into the embed.  There is no need for tie wire and chairs.  (Item ships primed)

HD DOUBLE ENDED EMBED

The Heavy Duty Double Ended Embed is designed to be used as a long term anchor tie-off point.  It remains with the building for future use with our Heavy Duty D-Ring or our Post System.  This anchor point will allow window washing, swing scaffold and personal tie-off points to be built in during construction.  (Chair, screws to be provided by others and item ships primed)

TILT UP CONCRETE EMBED

Part Number 1965-520

This embed is installed to the perimeter tilt-up form prior to the concrete pour.  It meets the OSHA 5000 lb. tie-off anchor requirement when used with 4,000 p.s.i. wall system. (Item ships primed)

REBAR EMBED

Part Number 1965-525

The base plate is 4" x 4" x 1/4" with a total height of 3".

This item is designed for precast concrete or poured in place applications and available to meet the design criteria of your project.  Consideration must be taken into account when configuring rebar, slab depth and p.s.i. of concrete. The tubes attached are for # 4 rebar lacing.  Once the concrete cures the post can be screwed directly into the embed.  (Item is shipped primed.)
