Perimeter Protection

Products will be introducing

its 5,000 lb hard point

adhesive attached base

plate at ILTA this year.  The

attachment point has been

specifically designed for the

refinery industry especially

for use with large fuel and/

or oil storage tanks.

     The hard point is attached

by a high performance

epoxy and the base plate

is adhered to the tank top

or side and is ready for use

within 24 hours.  There is no

welding, drilling or bolting

required and the 42" EZ Post

and standard fall arrestors

(D-rings) are also available

for use in this base plate.

     For top of tank fall

protection the company offers

a horizontal epoxy base

plate system consisting of

two base plates and two fall

arrestor D Rings.  These plates

are installed approximately

12" apart and then can

utilize a double Lanyard to

conntect to each D-Ring.

     The system has been

tested and sealed by a

certified engineer and

copies of the report are

available on request.
